PROFILE
Muhammad Aaliyan Ibrahim is the Founder and Managing Partner of ADEPTS. He provides strategic direction to the firm and leads its continued development as an integrated professional services organisation across Audit, Tax and Advisory.
With previous professional experience at KPMG, Muhammad brings a strong foundation in assurance, financial advisory, risk assessment and regulatory compliance. He works closely with business owners, boards, investors and senior executives, helping them address complex financial, regulatory and transactional matters.
Under his leadership, ADEPTS has grown into a multidisciplinary organisation supported by more than 100 professionals and serving over 4,000 clients. The firm’s membership of GGI Global Alliance represents an important milestone in its international development and ability to support clients across markets. He has guided this growth with a consistent focus on technical quality, professional integrity and enduring client relationships

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
Muhammad advises organisations at critical stages of their development – from establishing sound financial and governance foundations to restructuring operations, evaluating transactions and pursuing strategic growth opportunities.
His approach combines technical depth, commercial judgment and a practical understanding of the regulatory environment. As Managing Partner, he is responsible for the firm’s strategy, market positioning, client service standards and organisational culture, while remaining closely involved in significant and commercially sensitive engagements.
Mergers and acquisitions are a central area of his advisory experience. He supports shareholders, investors and management teams across the transaction lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, valuation, financial due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations and post-transaction integration. His perspective brings together financial analysis, commercial judgment and a clear understanding of value creation and transaction risk.
He has particular expertise in In-Country Value advisory, supporting organisations in strengthening their ICV performance, enhancing procurement competitiveness and aligning their operating models with national economic priorities.
